25 year Old Shepherd Recipes   Venture into the kitchens of the past if you dare by trying these old fashioned recipes of a bygone generation of Shepherd homemakers.

 

TANGY CRAB DIP  by  Lillie Copley  -  1983

 

¼ cup mayonnaise                                1 tsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce               dash of hot sauce

dash of seasoned salt                            ½ lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked

1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

 

     Combine first 6 ingredients.  Mix well.  Stir in crabmeat.  Serve with assorted crackers.  Yield:  1 ti 1 ½  cups.
