30 year Old Shepherd Recipes   Venture into the kitchens of the past if you dare by trying these old fashioned recipes of a bygone generation of Shepherd homemakers.

 

SHRIMP OR CRAB DIP  -  Martha McDowell  -  1978

2 lb. shrimp or crab                      10 green onions, minced

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese          Tabasco sauce

salt and pepper to taste                 lemon juice

mayonnaise                                  Worcestershire sauce

     Soften cream cheese with lemon juice.  Add onion and shrimp or crab meat.  Add mayonnaise to consistency with sauces.  Best made 8 to 10 hours ahead.
