25 year Old Shepherd Recipes   Venture into the kitchens of the past if you dare by trying these old fashioned recipes of a bygone generation of Shepherd homemakers.

 

POTATO CASSEROLE  -  by  Sandy Irwin -  1983 

 

6 medium potatoes                      1 cup grated cheese

1 cup sour cream                         1/3 cup chopped green onions

 

     Boil potatoes until done.  Chop.  Mix all other ingredients into potatoes.  Bake in medium oven about 20 minutes.
