PEPPER RELISH by Mrs. Edna Jeffcoat - 1961
6 hot peppers ˝ tsp. cinnamon
6 sweet peppers ˝ tsp. allspice
6 large onions ˝ tsp. cloves
1 ˝ Tbsp. salt 2 cups vinegar
Chop peppers and onions fine. Add spices and vinegar. Cook until clear. Seal in hot sterile jars.
