PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES   by Mrs. Royce Howard  - 1956

½ cup butter                       1 ¼ cup flour

½ cup peanut butter            ½ tsp. soda

1 cup sugar                         little salt

1 egg

   Cream butter, peanut butter, and sugar.  Add egg and other ingredients.  Make into ball and put on cookie sheet and flatten with fork.  Bake in oven 375 deg.
