ORANGE JELLO SALAD by Phyllis Mooney - 1983
1 Pkg. orange jello ˝ cup mayonnaise
1 ˝ cups boiling water 1 cup whipped cream
2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Dissolve the marshmallows in hot jello mixture. Cool and partially gel. Whip. Add pineapple, mayonnaise, whipped cream, and cottage cheese. Mix and chill.
