30 year Old Shepherd Recipes Venture into the kitchens of the past if you dare by trying these old fashioned recipes of a bygone generation of Shepherd homemakers.
MEXICAN SALAD - Mary Ann Irwin - 1978
1 head lettuce, chopped ˝ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped 1 large bag Fritos, crushed
1 small can Ranch Style beans, drained & chilled 1 bottle Kraft Catalina French dressing
1 small onion, chopped
Have all ingredients cold before mixing (even the Fritos). Mix lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and Ranch Style beans together. Just before serving, add Fritos and dressing.
