JUICY MEAT BALLS by Mrs. Jay St. Clair – 1956
1 lb. beef steak (ground) 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
½ tsp. salt 3 eggs
¼ tsp. pepper 1 small onion, minced
3 Tbsp. sour cream
Put all together and mix thoroughly. Beat lightly with fork. Put in ice box to set till ready to use. Then drop from Tbsp. onto hot lightly greased griddle. Cook on each side until nicely browned.
