GREEN PEPPER SALAD by Mrs. Gladys Tribe - 1956
1 large bell pepper 1 hard boiled egg
Place peeled egg in center of pepper and pack grated cheese around the egg. Chill and slice crosswise and serve on lettuce leaf. When sliced, this salad makes a very attractive appearance.
