FRENCH FRIED ONION RINGS - by Mrs. H. H. Neill – 1956
Peel and cut onions about ¼ “ thick. Soak in milk about ½ hour. Take out and drain. Beat up an egg. Take flour, season with salt and pepper. Dip rings in egg and then in flour. Fry in fat at least 1” deep.
