OLD FASHIONED CRACKLING BREAD by Mrs. June Elmore - 1956
1 ˝ cup meal 1 tsp. salt
Mix well with 1 cup finely cut pork skins (can be bought at any grocery store). Use enough scalding water to form a mixture. When all ingredients are mixed well together, fry small patties in deep hot fat until golden brown.
