BAKED WHOLE HAM  -  by  Jennie Carlisle – 1961

Place ham in pan with about 2 cups water and 1 or 2 bay leaves;  cover with foil and bake several hours according to size of ham.  About 1 hour before done uncover and take rind off and use 1 cup brown sugar and small can crushed pineapple mixed.  Put this mixture over ham and stick whole cloves around in ham.  Finish baking uncovered until well glazed and done.  Bake in slow oven, about 300 degrees.
